Backache is one of the most common ailments of mankind. It is defined as mild and severe pain or discomfort in the lower back area.

Causes of Backache:

  1. Muscular tension
  2. Straining of the joints
  3. Poor posture
  4. Incorrect nutrition
  5. lack of exercises
  6. Stress resulting from sitting for a long time.
  7. Improper lifting of weights
  8. High heels etc.


 Symptoms of Backache:

  1. Pain in the middle of back or lower down

Home Remedies for Backache:
